The Technical Program Manager II is responsible for leading infrastructure and office buildout projects, bridging cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Workplace Services, Corporate IT, and external vendors.
This role focuses on delivering technical solutions across network infrastructure, low voltage systems, AV systems, and security integrations, ensuring successful project execution from design through handover.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: design, implementation, commissioning, and handover
Manage project schedules, risks, and status reporting
Coordinate across internal teams, vendors, and construction partners
Infrastructure & Technical Delivery
Manage ISP connectivity, network infrastructure, and low voltage cabling projects
Oversee audio-visual and video conferencing systems implementation
Support security systems integration (access control & surveillance)
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Manage vendor selection, RFP process, and performance
Coordinate procurement and support budget planning with FP&A
Provide executive-level communication and updates
Design & Execution Support
Develop drawing packages and technical specifications
Interpret construction and engineering plans
Ensure alignment with architectural and infrastructure standards
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong Program / Project Management experience
Experience with commercial real estate / construction projects
Knowledge of network infrastructure, AV systems, and low voltage systems
Experience with vendor management (RFP, bidding, execution)
Ability to read construction and engineering drawings
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP Certification (or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with office buildouts or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of mechanical systems (power, cooling, capacity planning)
Experience working with cross-functional corporate teams
