Job OverviewAs a Design Liaison Engineer specializing in Finite Element Analysis & Lifing, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team. You will utilize ANSYS Classic to conduct mechanical lifing analysis on gas turbine rotating blades and work with NX for model manipulation and geometry modification. Your expertise will help us deliver top-quality products to our clients.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in ANSYS Classic and NX Solid Modelling.
- Strong understanding of Engineering Mechanics and Failure Modes (LCF, Creep, HCF).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in Gas Turbine engineering, specifically Hot Section components.
- Manufacturing experience with a background in lean manufacturing methods and statistical process control.
- Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes and HGP components.
- Customer satisfaction mindset with a strong quality orientation.
- Ability to build trust with team members and interfacing organizations.
