Role: Senior Developer
Location: Dallas, TX
Hire Type: Full Time
Required Skills: Experience in Java, Spring Boot, SOAP/REST microservices and AI.
Job Description: Should have the ability to design and develop features and be accountable for feature delivery. Should be familiar with enterprise standards for solution design, coding, and quality. Should ensure that solutions meet product acceptance criteria with minimal technical debt. Should be responsible for compliance and security items and audit support at the team level. Should be able to act as a liaison for production activities and issues. Should work with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog and requirements are healthy and have clear acceptance criteria. Should be able to mentor the team(s). Plays a team lead role as an individual contributor and mentors the team. Guides team members on skills and practices, including planning and estimation, peer reviews, and other engineering practices. Identifies skill and role gaps and works with the Technology Manager to address them. Works with the Technology Manager to create resource contingency plans where required.
