Job Details- Location: Bradenton, FL
- Shift: M-F, 9:30AM- 5:30PM
- Pay: $19.00+/hourly - depends on experience
What You'll Be DoingHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Use company computer systems to look up and provide status updates on parts, orders, and scheduled service dates.
Document all customer interactions and follow-ups accurately in the system.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
Assist field representatives and other departments with customer status updates.
Perform routine administrative tasks such as processing outbound paperwork.
Work in a team environment with rotating shifts or on-call availability as needed.
Maintain a high level of customer service and communication throughout all interactions.
What We're Looking ForPrior call center or customer service experience - minimum 1 year.
Basic computer skills with comfort navigating multiple systems.
Good communication and telephone skills.
Ability to multitask and document information clearly.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
