Engineer
Payrate: $33.00 - $35.00/hr.
Summary:
This is a fully onsite role with standard business hours and occasional overtime as needed. The position involves supporting senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, particularly for automation-related scope. The role requires employing basic engineering skills and practices to gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third-party firms. Additional responsibilities include performing engineering studies and assessments for automation system installations and conducting field evaluations of existing systems to provide engineering design recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of production lines.
- Assist with troubleshooting downtime-related issues.
- Manage line improvements and work through CAPAs and deviations.
Qualifications:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (e.g., Maximo).
- Experience with 3D modeling tools such as SolidWorks or similar.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Previous intern experience is a plus.
- Experience with automation, computer programming, systems, and/or robotics is a plus.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $33.00 - $35.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
