Manufacturing Engineer II Exempt
Join our dynamic team in Warsaw, IN, and play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing methods and processes in machining, metal finishing, and assembly operations for multiple product lines. As a key contributor, you will help maintain and improve our manufacturing processes to enhance part quality, schedule performance, and reduce manufacturing costs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide shop floor support for manufacturing methods and processes.
- Maintain Manufacturing Process Planning documentation and ensure the accuracy of labor standards.
- Initiate improvements in current manufacturing methods and processes.
- Complete activities of the change control policy and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.
- Participate in Lean Sigma projects and process improvements.
- Provide technical support to purchasing personnel and suppliers by interpreting product drawings and resolving technical production problems.
- Support the development of validation/qualification studies.
- Investigate change requests and implement process changes with proper documentation.
- Maintain manufacturing process sheets for all machining, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Coordinate the entry and update of all master data for assigned product lines.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering discipline with at least 2 years of relevant experience, OR Masters Degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems SAP.
- Experience with EUMDR.
- Experience with change control in Medical Device Quality System.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Eagerness to learn and expand responsibilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships.

This is an onsite position requiring a 40-hour workweek.
