Shift timing: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date:Targeting Apr 2026
Pay Rate:$24.31/hr. on W2

Job Description:
Purpose
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedules.

Essential Functions
Inventory Control Responsibilities
  • Receive, count, and record stock items manually or using a computer
  • Pack and unpack items for storage
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner
  • Mark stock using tags, stamps, or labeling equipment
  • Verify inventory by comparing physical counts and system records
  • Investigate discrepancies and adjust errors
  • Examine stock for defects and report damages
  • Maintain records of stock usage and damage
  • Clean and maintain tools, supplies, and storage areas
  • Determine proper storage methods and locations
  • Assist with annual inventory and accounting processes
  • Support Shipping & Receiving as needed

Materials Planning Responsibilities
  • Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules
  • Confer with supervisors to track progress and completion timelines
  • Compile reports on work progress, inventory levels, and production issues
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities of inventory control
  • Create and manage purchase orders
  • Track and receive parts
  • Allocate parts to projects
  • Organize and conduct annual inventory
  • Cut and prioritize work orders
  • Determine quantities for work orders and purchase orders
  • Maintain low inventory levels and accurate counts
  • Communicate with Purchasing and Machine Shop for material coordination
  • Plan and schedule workflow based on manufacturing sequences and lead times
  • Plan assembly and production operations
  • Expedite delayed operations and adjust schedules as needed
  • Prepare production reports
  • Train, assist, and mentor team members
  • Review work of team members
  • Confer with supervisors or engineers to resolve production issues
  • Perform other assigned duties

Education
  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience
  • 15 years of related experience
