Introduction

Join our dynamic team as a Wireless Technical Program Manager, where you will lead innovative programs through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process to develop cutting-edge modules and subsystems for consumer products. Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish requirements, manage schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Experience with component and module qualification, validation, and characterization processes
• 3 years of experience as an engineering manager or Technical Program Manager, handling hardware or firmware projects from concept to mass production
• 3 years of experience with wireless hardware module projects
• In-depth knowledge of the product development process for consumer wireless hardware, including firmware integration
• Experience in communicating and operating across multiple teams and projects autonomously

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in wireless design and/or implementation, in hardware and/or firmware
• Familiarity with the latest wireless technologies and trends
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Partner with the AR wireless engineering team to define, design, and execute hardware projects
• Develop and manage wireless development schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and proactively identifying/addressing potential setbacks
• Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables such as architecture definitions, build goals, and wireless requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of firmware releases for factory use during builds
• Track and report engineering issues encountered during the build process, providing regular status updates to leadership
