Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in top-tier systems engineering
• Expert level in Unix/Linux administration and scripting (yaml, xml, python, perl, shell)
• Proficiency with Ansible Automation Platform and TrueSight Server Orchestrator
• Experience with SDLC chain for managing automation content
• Familiarity with AI channels to enhance productivity and quality

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across regions
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to gather business requirements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of systems engineering activities
• Develop controls for automation platforms focusing on shared content across enterprise tools
• Influence and direct activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations
• Provide input on staffing, budget, and personnel
• Ensure alignment and opportunities for augmenting service offerings across the organizational portfolio
