- Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, mobility, and activities of daily living
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with transfers, admissions, and discharges
- Complete documentation, reports, and resident records accurately
- Support infection control and safety protocols
- Assist with emergency care as needed
- Help create a positive, respectful, and comfortable environment for residents
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and resident care skills
- Passion for helping others and providing quality care
