Job Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end technical delivery of data products, including data pipelines, Snowflake-based data models (logical & physical), and data quality/QA, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Act as the technical delivery lead, driving the Persistent engineering team to meet commitments, resolve delivery or quality issues proactively, and ensure timely execution against agreed milestones.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise in Snowflake and healthcare data domains, confidently addressing architecture, data modeling, and stack-related questions from stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact between delivery teams and client, understanding when and how to engage client teams for clarifications, escalations, and design decisions.

Ensure alignment between business intent and technical implementation, translating client requirements into actionable engineering guidance while maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline
