Title- Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer
Duration- Contract
Location- Remote = Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow SecOps Developer to design, develop, and implement security operations solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Security Operations (SecOps), automation, integrations, and incident response workflows.

< Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SecOps solutions including:
  • Security Incident Response (SIR)
  • Vulnerability Response (VR)
  • Threat Intelligence integrations
• Customize and configure ServiceNow modules:
  • Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies
  • Flow Designer and IntegrationHub automations
• Develop and manage integrations with external security tools:
  • SIEM tools like Splunk or IBM QRadar
  • Vulnerability scanners like Qualys or Tenable Nessus
• Automate incident response and remediation workflows
• Build dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for security operations
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and security best practices
• Collaborate with SOC teams, IT, and compliance teams
• Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data security

> Required Skills

• 5 8+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform
• Strong experience in SecOps modules (SIR, VR)
• Proficiency in:
  • JavaScript, Glide APIs
  • REST/SOAP integrations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
  • MID Server configuration
• Understanding of:
  • Cybersecurity concepts (SIEM, threat Client, vulnerabilities)
  • Incident response lifecycle

P Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow certifications:
  • Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • SecOps Implementation Specialist
• Experience with cloud security (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of frameworks like:
  • NIST
  • ISO 27001
