We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Pickers to join our growing operations team in Lawrence, MA. This position plays an important role in ensuring products are accurately selected, prepared, and organized for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Organize inventory and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
• Assist with packing, labeling, and staging shipments
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Support daily warehouse operations as needed
