Job Description
- Operations Management:Overseeing daily warehouse logistics, such as receiving, storage, and shipping
- Inventory Control:Tracking products, conducting inventory counts, and reconciling variances
- Staff Supervision & Leadership:Supervising, training, and managing warehouse associates
- Safety & Compliance:Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment
- Efficiency & Improvement:Monitoring performance metrics and implementing process improvements
- Equipment Operation:Overseeing material handling equipment operations
- Documentation & Reporting:Maintaining accurate documentation and entering data into systems
