Engineering Manager

Salary:$200K$250K base (+ equity, strong upside)
Location:NYC (on-site only, relocation support available)

• 80% people leadership / strategy, 20% technical contribution
• Managing teams of ~1015 engineers
• Driving delivery, execution, and engineering culture
• Partnering closely with Product & Design on roadmap and architecture
• Hiring, onboarding, and scaling engineering teams

We need strongstartup EMs with real ownership experience, ideally:

• 710+ years engineering experience
• 3+ years as an Engineering Manager
• Currently or recently managing 815 engineers
• Background in Series AD startups (fintech, AI, SaaS, B2B strongly preferred)
• Strong system design capability
• Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally fintech / payments / billing / revenue systems
• Comfortable working on-site in NYC 5 days per week
