What You'll Do- Lead, manage, and oversee electrical service, installation, and repair projects from planning through successful completion
- Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
- Provide handson technical leadership, mentoring, and training for electricians and apprentices
- Manage inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness, accuracy, and cost control
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining high satisfaction levels
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of skilled electrical team members
- Track performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical service and installation management, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of NEC codes, OSHA standards, and local regulations
- Valid drivers license required; Master Electrician license (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
