Youll be part of the energy that makes MonkeyBar feel effortless: good drinks, good service, and a vibe that keeps guests lingering a little longer than planned.
Responsibilities:Deliver food and drinks with speed, accuracy, and just the right amount of flair.
Keep guests happy, hydrated, and coming back for just one more.
Know the menu like your favorite playlistcocktails, bites, and daily specials included.
Handle high-volume shifts without breaking a sweat (or at least make it look that way).
Work closely with bartenders and teammates to keep service smooth and seamless.
Maintain a clean and organized section, because chaos belongs in the partynot the workspace.
Anticipate guest needs before they even ask (yes, mind-reading helps or at least great instincts).
Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, or poolside environment.
A personality that shinesfriendly, outgoing, and maybe just a little bit mischievous.
Ability to multitask like a pro while staying cool under pressure.
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (thats when the magic happens).
Must meet all food handling and alcohol service requirements.
