- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Maintain an up-to-date visitor log and issue visitor badges as necessary.
