Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Engineering Assistant Director, responsibilities and essential job functions as Senior Plant Mechanic on staff include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
- Troubleshooting mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic and electrical systems
- Provide PMs and service on Laundry Valet Equipment (Pressers, dry-cleaning, dryers and washers)
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually PMs on HVAC (AHUs, EFs, SFs, Cooling Towers), 12th Floor FCUs, Health Club Equipment (cardio fitness, pool & spa) and Kitchen Equipment (clean drains, grease traps, gas/charcoal burners, steam/water solenoids)
- Monitor building systems via Building Automation System and assist in performing routine maintenance on the controls for all HVAC Equipment
- Qualify & Perform Engineering Shift Duties as necessary
