- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal financial and reporting standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer service inquiries and support
- Process customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records within CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Assist with inventory tracking and coordination with supply chain partners
- Support pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies
- Help enforce internal processes related to order approvals, payment terms, and documentation
- Provide backup support for customer service functions as needed in a small team environment
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controller-level responsibilities
- Experience with customer service, order management, or inside sales support
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
