What Youll Do
- Lead planning and execution across multiple initiatives
- Own milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery accountability
- Partner with delivery teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and execution blockers
- Provide clear status, forecasts, and insights to leadership
- Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes
- Program Manager or senior delivery leadership experience
- Proven success managinglarge, cross functional initiatives
- Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating above the team level
- Clear, confident communicator who drives alignment and momentum
- Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities
- Onsite 4 days/week in Lisle, IL
