Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Gen AI, and Python
• Experience with modern ML frameworks, LLMs, and agentic AI architectures
• Proficiency in building and optimizing RAG pipelines
• Strong skills in prompt engineering and autonomous agent workflows
• Prior work experience in the client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in ensuring Responsible AI (RAI) compliance
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in MLOps integration

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems
• Optimize RAG pipelines for enhanced contextual accuracy
• Create, test, and refine prompts to improve LLM output quality
• Implement autonomous agent workflows for multi-step reasoning
• Ensure Responsible AI compliance with safety guardrails and fairness checks
• Lead end-to-end deployment and optimization of AI solutions
