Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud (ISC) implementation, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the SailPoint platform, providing technical guidance and architectural oversight for all IGA initiatives.
• Develop and customize SailPoint components, including connectors, rules, workflows, certifications, and forms using Java, BeanShell, and other relevant technologies.
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise security policies, governance standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage the technical debt of the IGA platform.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on SailPoint development and implementation.
• Expert proficiency with SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
• Strong development skills in Java/J2EE, BeanShell, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.
• Proven experience with integrating SailPoint with various target systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud applications).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a distributed environment.
