Title:Python AI Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, CASalary Range: $50-55/hr on W2

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7 years of experience with Python, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
• Strong expertise in Python and core Machine Learning techniques, including model development, optimization, and deployment.
• Knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and building RAG-based solutions.
• Understanding of Responsible AI (RAI) principlesfairness, transparency, privacy, safetyand experience applying them in real projects.
• Ability to build scalable ML/AI pipelines and APIs, integrating models into production environments.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with business and compliance standards.
• Contribute to the development and deployment of machine learning models in production environments.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles in all AI solutions.
