Maximo Implementation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Implementation Consultant to support enterprise asset management initiatives within a highly regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and supporting Maximo solutions integrated with Oracle-based enterprise systems, with a strong understanding of GxP-compliant environments.

Responsibilities Maximo Implementation & Support

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of IBM Maximo Asset Management
• Configure modules including:
  • Work Order Management
  • Preventive Maintenance
  • Asset & Location Management
  • Inventory & Procurement
• Support upgrades, patches, and system optimization

Oracle Integration & Data Management

• Integrate Maximo with Oracle-based systems (ERP / EBS / custom apps)
• Design and support:
  • Interface tables
  • Data synchronization workflows
  • Financial & inventory integrations
• Work with Oracle DB teams for schema, performance, and data validation

Required Qualifications

• 6 10+ years experience with IBM Maximo (EAM)
• Strong experience in Maximo implementation or large-scale enhancements
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Oracle Database / Oracle ERP integration
  • Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
• Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Manufacturing

Strong understanding of GxP / validation processes Preferred Skills

• Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8.x)
• Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS / OCI)
• Knowledge of:
  • Java / SQL / PL-SQL
  • Integration tools / middleware
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments
