Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement AEM UI components and templates to create engaging user experiences.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers to ensure best practices in coding and design.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high quality standards.
Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to AEM and software development.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI development.
Proficient in front end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Experience with AEM components, templates, and workflows.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with AEM 6.x and its features.
Knowledge of Java and back end development.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment processes.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on AEM UI.
Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
