Proposal Manager

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• OR Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:

• Lead and manage all proposal activities.
• Direct proposal team members and monitor progress.
• Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance.
• Work with the Capture Manager to integrate winning strategies.
• Develop review plans (Pink, Red, Gold Teams) for proposal evaluation.
• Oversee production, review, and submission of proposals.

• Submit 100% compliant, compelling proposals.
• Create proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
• Ensure proposals align with customer needs and requirements.
• Analyze RFP/bid requirements for compliance and responsiveness.
• Support strategy and theme development for winning proposals.
• Build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines under high pressure.
