We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud R2R Support Consultant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting to provide L2/L3 production support.
This role focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of production support processes, ensuring stability and efficiency in financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support (L2/L3)
- Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting
- Perform incident triage, defect resolution, and root cause analysis (RCA)
- Prevent recurring issues through proactive monitoring and fixes
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Handle postings, reconciliations, and accounting validations
- Coordinate with Finance and IT teams for issue resolution
- Troubleshoot:
- Asset lifecycle (additions, adjustments, retirements)
- Depreciation processes
- Lease schedules, remeasurements, and terminations
- Analyze downstream accounting and integration impacts
- Monitor and support integrations (FBDI, APIs, OIC, middleware)
- Handle batch jobs, error resolution, and reprocessing
- Ensure data integrity across systems
- Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge articles
- Support minor enhancements and controlled production changes
- Improve monitoring and support processes
- Support Oracle quarterly updates
- Perform impact analysis and regression testing coordination
- Validate production readiness post-updates
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials / ERP Cloud
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Fixed Assets
- Lease Accounting
- Experience in L2/L3 production support
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- ITIL-based support experience
- Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Exposure to OTBI / BI Publisher for validation
