Job Title: Entry Operational Technology Engineer

TheEntry Operational Technology(OT)Engineeris responsible forassistingtechnical aspects of various professional servicesprojectsthrough implementing varied technologies within the electric utility industry. OurEntryOTEngineershelp utility companies manage,monitor, control, and optimize complex energy networks,focusing on the goal of reaching net-zero carbon emissions.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in professional services projects with electric utilitiesdomesticallyand internationally.

• Performend-to-end delivery of SCADA/EMS/GMS/ADMS projects using the Renovo Automationplatform.

• Support customer interactions includingsystem designdiscussions,testing events,training, andhands-onsupport.

• Perform installation, integration, data migration, and testing of the hardware and software system components.

• Own troubleshooting efforts for discoveredsystem and software defects, deploying resolutionsin a timely manner.

• Create andmaintainproject documentation and training materials as needed.

• Provideconsultationservicesacrossothervendorplatformstoenhanceoperational resilienceandefficiency.

• Other technical and engineering duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Software Engineering; or related field

• Organization and prioritization skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and risks within specifiedtimeframes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with capacity to tailor explanations and solutions to all audience types

• Experience independently troubleshooting and addressing technical problems

• Availability to travel domestically and internationally. Estimated travel will range from10% to40%

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members

Preferred:

• Knowledgeable inPower System design

• Programming experience in Python, C, C++, or similar and familiarity with business intelligence applications, SQL, and GIS/CAD

• Knowledge of specific real-time control room applications, such as SCADA, ADMS, OMS, EMS, GMS, GIS, substation automation, protection, or power system analysis
