Agent Dev Engineer Intern

Role Overview

You are the "Architect of Intelligence" at Flowith. In this role, you design the reasoning brains behind our product. You will bridge the gap between raw Large Language Models and complex, real-world workflows by building sophisticated AI Agents. Your mission is to evolve Flowith Agent, transforming static algorithms into dynamic partners that can reason, plan, and execute tasks alongside our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Agent Core Development: Designand implement the core reasoning logic for Flowith Agents, enabling them to handle complex planning, tool invocation, and long-term memory management.
• Workflow Orchestration: Build and optimize multi-agent collaboration frameworks thatallow AI to navigate the Flowith Canvas, interacting with various nodes and external APIs seamlessly.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Establish rigorous evaluation benchmarks forAgent performance. Systematically analyze "hallucinations" or reasoning failures and iterate on prompts andlogic toensure reliability.
• Tooling & Integration: Develop and maintain "skills" (tools) for Agents,expandingtheir capabilities to interact with the web,databases, and third-partySaaS platforms.
• Front-Frontier Exploration: Stay at the cutting edge of AI research(e.g., new modelcapabilities, agentic patterns) and rapidly prototypefeaturesthat keep Flowith at the forefront of the AI-native era.

Requirements

• You think in "Chain ofThought" and believe that everythingcan be augmentedby a well-designed Agent.
• AI-Native Engineer: Proficientin Python and deeply familiar with the LLM ecosystem (OpenAI API, Claude, open-source models). Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen isa strongplus.
• Prompt Engineering Master: You know thata promptis more than just textits a precision instrument. You have aproven track record of optimizing model performance through advanced prompting techniques.
• Full-Stack Sensibility: While focused on AI, you understand how to integrate Agents into modern web architectures. Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, or asynchronous programming is preferred.
• Problem Solver: Strong logicalreasoning skills.You can decompose complex user requirementsinto executable "Tool-Use" or "Multi-Agent" workflows.
• Bonus: Experience in building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, fine-tuning models, or a deep understandingof Vector Databases. For interns, a high-quality GitHub portfolio or AI-related project experience is highly valued.
