Senior Project Manager
Position Title: Senior Project Manager Construction / Intralogistics
Location: North Royalton, OH (Onsite must live within commuting distance)
Compensation: $100,000$125,000 Base + Performance Bonus
Travel: 2535% typically (up to 50% during large projects)

Key Responsibilities Own full lifecycle project management including planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout
Drive project budgets, margins, forecasting, and resource allocation
Lead coordination efforts across clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Proactively identify and resolve risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Provide executive-level reporting, project updates, and stakeholder communication
Champion safety, compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Strong project management experience within construction, industrial, or related industries
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and process improvement mindset
PMP certification
Experience with material handling systems, warehouse automation, robotics, or conveyor systems
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Base Salary: $100,000$125,000 DOE
On-Target Earnings (OTE) / Bonus Structure: Performance Bonus
