Client is currently seeking an Environmental Program Manager to support a U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) program at Redstone Arsenal (Huntsville, Client) OR Colorado Springs, CO.

Quick highlights:

• Work location: On-site at/near Redstone Arsenal or Colorado Springs, CO (typically 4 5 days/week) *relocation assistance may be provided
• Work type: Contract-to-hire or direct hire (client is flexible for the right fit)
• Target compensation: $160K $180K (equivalent range; may include relocation assistance for the right candidate)
• What they re prioritizing: NEPA + government/DoD environmental work (and ideally active or recent Secret clearance)

Responsibilities:

• Lead/coordinate environmental planning & compliance support (NEPA-focused) for a government engineering organization
• Provide status updates/briefings, maintain action item tracking, and manage deliverables
• Oversee scope/cost/schedule activities and support funding requests, estimates, and proposal evaluations
• Stay current on environmental regs and advise leadership on impacts and requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree (Environmental Science/related; Master s preferred)
• 10+ years environmental program/project management experience (preferably DoD/federal)
• Strong written/verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a clearance (active clearance is a plus)
