Lead Software Integration Engineer

We're hiring a Lead Software Integration Engineerto join our team in Columbia, SC. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 60% onsite work required.Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of application development, integration, and support preferred
• 2 years as a team lead or supervisor
• Strong experience withERP systems, specifically:
  • PeopleSoft
  • Finance domain experiencewithin ERP/PeopleSoft
• Experience withOracle Cloud/Oracle SaaS applications
• Proven work inhuman capital and financial domains
• Hands-on experience leadingtechnical delivery and integrations
• Experience operating incloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
• Ability to function as avery technical individual contributorwho can own architecture, integrations, and complex initiatives
• Deep technical expertise sufficient torun key parts of the department from a technical standpoint

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadend-to-end lifecycle developmentacross enterprise systems
• Serve as thetechnical leadfor projects (hands-on + coordination)
• Architect and coordinate third-party application integrations
• Work acrosscloud, on prem, and hybrid environments
• Providetechnical guidance and best practicesfor how systems should be designed and implemented
• Support and guide development teams (not people management, but strong technical leadership)
• Contribute todepartment-level technical strategyand modernization efforts
• Partner closely with the CIO and senior leadership toscale and mature the organization
• Leverage AI solutions where applicable to support delivery and efficiency

Education/Certifications:

• 4-year degree in an IT-related field or other field, combined with related IT experience
