Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $37/hr (W2)
Job Description:

Support Project Delivery Manager and IT Program Managers in coordinating multiple IT projects within the portfolio.

Assist with project governance, reporting, and providing insights for effective management decision-making.

Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables while tracking progress and reporting updates.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support project execution.

Assist with IT PMO processes, governance requirements, documentation, and project reporting.

Identify risks, issues, or potential impacts to project timelines and escalate appropriately.

Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to support project delivery.

Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business units.

Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and follow up on outstanding requests or action items.
Required Skills:

Experience with IT project coordination and understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience conducting project updates, standups, status reporting, and vendor coordination.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (M365).

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps.
Education & Experience:
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects in a matrixed environment.
