Project Coordinator
Location: White Plains, NY
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $37/hr (W2)

Job Description:

  • Support Project Delivery Manager and IT Program Managers in coordinating multiple IT projects within the portfolio.

  • Assist with project governance, reporting, and providing insights for effective management decision-making.

  • Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables while tracking progress and reporting updates.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to support project execution.

  • Assist with IT PMO processes, governance requirements, documentation, and project reporting.

  • Identify risks, issues, or potential impacts to project timelines and escalate appropriately.

  • Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies to support project delivery.

  • Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and business units.

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and follow up on outstanding requests or action items.

Required Skills:

  • Experience with IT project coordination and understanding of the software development lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience conducting project updates, standups, status reporting, and vendor coordination.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (M365).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Power BI and Azure DevOps.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience coordinating IT projects in a matrixed environment.
