1. Role Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Techno-Functional Business/Data Analyst to join a large-scale Legacy System Replacement and Cloud Transformation initiative. This is a critical role, requiring a candidate who possesses deep technical proficiency in data engineering tools alongside the business acumen to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

2. Core Technical Requirements
  • System Migration & Cloud Conversion: Proven experience in performing "as-is" analysis of legacy on-premise systems and defining "to-be" architectures for Cloud Migration.
  • Data Engineering & Analytics: * Advanced SQL: Proficiency in writing complex queries, performance tuning, and data profiling.
  • Databricks: Experience leveraging Databricks for large-scale data processing and transformation.
  • Business Intelligence: Advanced expertise in Power BI, focusing on end-to-end report development, DAX, and creating actionable insights for executive decision-making.
3. Functional Responsibilities
  • Gap Analysis: Conduct detailed functional and data-level analysis of existing systems to identify conversion requirements and potential risks.
  • Business Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between technical development teams and business units to translate high-level business needs into technical specifications.
  • Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional coordination efforts to ensure data integrity and alignment throughout the system replacement lifecycle.
