- Diagnose and resolve electrical and process issues to restore production flow
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to maintenance and craft teams
- Respond to production issues and support operations as needed
- Install, program, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley Logix5000 preferred)
- Work with AC/DC drives and industrial control systems
- Support instrumentation and control systems
- Support short- and long-term outage planning
- Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance systems
- Coordinate safety procedures including lockout/tagout
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze equipment and process data to identify opportunities
- Develop solutions to recurring design and process issues
- Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and repairs
- Assist in justification and implementation of new equipment
- Work cross-functionally with maintenance, engineering, and production teams
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical systems and controls in industrial environments
- Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
- Experience with failure analysis (FMEA, RCM, SPC, TQM)
- Experience with AC/DC drives and automation systems
- Familiarity with instrumentation and HART communication
- Experience with gas-fired combustion systems
- Strong PLC and automation troubleshooting
- Electrical systems and controls expertise
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
