Job Title Sr. Software Engineer
Duration Long term, 6 months to start with extensions - possible CTH
Location 4 Days Onsite (Mon-Thur)
Rocklin, CA (open to candidates who can relocation upon day 1 of project)
Pay Rate $60 an hour C2C
Duties/Day to Day Overview Operational support
Prioritize stories and projects
CMDB and ITOM of discovery and service mapping
Automation workflow editor and designer
Primarily Service Now but also handle Slack and MIR3
Currently running AI help through SNOW but there is more data that they want to start exploring
ITMS modules, change management,
Integration? future yes, with JIRA, more of a roadmap item
Maintaining for now Use Morpheus for build automation and integration

Responsible for turning product requirements into designs
Developing implementation plans
Developing integrations and automated initiatives for both On-cloud and On-premise platforms.
Responsible for the development of the service management framework, workflows, event management workflows, and business application workflows as well as integrations and tools capabilities.
You will be at the forefront of IT Operations transformation, delivering cost savings, productivity gains, and user experience improvements. Top Requirements
(Must haves) 2+ years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
2+ years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
Experience with Web Services, API's, Database-level integrations/ETL
Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environment
Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles

ServiceNow Development
Familiar with CMDB
Strong in IMDB
ITOM nice to have
Not just off the shelf knowledge, need manipulation, thought leadership, etc. actual applied knowledge, need to modify configurations, set table structures within SNOW
