Job Title: SQL/Data Infrastructure & Process Automation Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Job Type: Contract 12 months (C2H)
MaxPR: $51.88/hr W2

Role:
SQL/Data Infrastructure & Process Automation Analyst (Data Analyst / Data Engineer / Business Analyst hybrid)

Schedule (hours/hybrid/remote):
Hybrid (must be onsite in Charlotte; no fully remote)

12-month contract

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong hands-on SQL expert (must have written production-level code, not just used it)
• Experience with data infrastructure design
• Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize SQL scripts
• Experience with data testing, validation, and reconciliation
• Exposure to process automation and AI tools
• Experience or familiarity with:
• Microsoft Fabric
• Power BI / Tableau
• Strong business analysis + process improvement mindset
• Experience designing or building UIs (not just using them)
• Ability to create mockups and define requirements for developers
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate processes into technical solutions
• Preferred:
• Banking / capital markets experience
• Regulatory reporting exposure (nice-to-have, not required)
