Responsibilities- Lead change and transformation initiatives, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and Factory of Future Line centric organization.
- Support operational plans to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
- Establish governance to review and control operational performance, driving continuous improvement and a zero-loss mindset.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead talent, capabilities, and engagement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the industry.
- Experience with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated abilities in analytics, problem-solving, and team building.
- Engineering background with strong financial and business acumen.
- Project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing.
