Job Description

Are you detail-oriented and enjoy putting out a high-quality product? We are seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Ink Lab.Check out this opportunity to be part of our team and contribute to our growth and success.As a Quality Control Tech, you will be responsible for:

Performing quality control testing of production batches of inks and coatings
Completing associated clerical work (entering results into SAP, printing labels, filing, etc.)
Performing 5S cleaning and maintaining the area
Establishing and maintainingaccurate and complete quality records in SAP
Performing color quality tests; making batch additions and adjustments
Implementing necessary and timely batch corrections directly to Production
Calibratingand verifyingtest equipment
Investigatingand analyzingnon-conforming batches (internal and external)
SupportingLean Manufacturing
Ensuringsample retention management
Performing some customer proofing
