Looking for an experienced C#/.NET software engineer who is a critical thinker that can work on delivering and supporting software without the need to be micromanaged. Looking for critical thinkers that can take and gather requirements and work on software project both solo and within a team.
What is the team environment and structure like?:
The team comprises of 7-8 software engineers, along with architects, technical leads and managers. Team is supported by project managers and product owners. Team is part of a larger department IT department which supports AA s wholly owned subsidiaries.
Candidate will be working hybrid, Mondays/Fridays virtually and Tuesdays- Thursdays onsite. Open to H1B candidates, if supplier handles visa. Interviews will have 2 rounds, both virtual.
