Position Summary
Responsible for advanced copper cabling installation, rack build-outs, and small-scope project execution with increasing independence and leadership expectation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own small scopes
• Install backbone cabling and supports
• Perform advanced terminations and testing
• Build and dress racks to professional standards
• Basic troubleshoot cabling issues
• Understand grounding/bonding
• Assist with material planning & counts
• Train Installer I's
• Communicate professionally with GC/customer
• Entry-level fiber handling awareness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years cabling experience
• Demonstrated copper installation proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• BICSI Installer 2 Copper (INSTC) Core credential
• Manufacturer system warranty certifications
• Lift certification (if relevant)
