Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize advanced Alteryx workflows to deliver scalable, reliable talent analytics and workforce insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server), with a strong emphasis on performance tuning, query optimization, and scalability.
- Develop, enhance, and support interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI, providing leadership with real?time insights and clear, compelling data storytelling.
- Partner closely with analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well?designed, governed, and analytics?ready data solutions.
- Design and implement scalable data models that surface talent trends, automate workforce processes, and support evolving organizational analytics needs.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, reliability, and consistency, adhering to enterprise data governance standards and analytics best practices.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce documentation standards for data pipelines, Alteryx workflows, Tableau/Power BI assets, and data definitions to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage Power Automate to streamline reporting workflows, reduce manual effort, and automate repetitive analytics processes.
- Collaborate with Talent, HR, and Business leaders to gather requirements, deliver actionable insights, and influence strategic decision?making.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes, improve data workflows, and enhance platform performance across the analytics ecosystem.
- Contribute within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
- Strong expertise in SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server) is a must and Python for data manipulation and automation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL technologies and practical experience using Alteryx Designer for workflow creation and optimization.
- Extensive experience in Tableau and Power BI, including advanced visualization techniques and dashboard performance tuning.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Solid understanding of data models (relational and dimensional) and ETL/ELT concepts/tools.
- API integration experience is required.
- Ability to set up monitoring, alerts, and auditing for data workflows.
- Solid grasp of data governance fundamentals, including data security, standards, and process refinement.
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, through clear communication and compelling data narratives.
- Demonstrated talent for translating complex analytics into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
