- Workday Analyst/Consultant focuses on system configuration, business process design, and reporting within Workday HCM
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working with Workday HCM functional configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Compensation, Benefits, Talent, or Recruiting modules.
- Proficiency in creating complex reports and calculated fields.
- Excellent communication skills to partner with business stakeholders and IT teams
Roles & Responsibilities
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Supervisory Organizations, Security Groups, and Cost Centers.
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop custom reports using Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and Dashboards for HR stakeholders.
- Integrations: Design, test, and deploy inbound/outbound integrations using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and Core Connectors.
- Process Improvement: Partner with HR to understand needs and transform them into functional specifications, driving automation and streamlining efficiency.
- Testing & Support: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and provide post-production support to troubleshoot issues
