Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer (macOS) to support enterprise-scale Apple device management across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), Blueprints, Compliance Editor, Tanium, and Nudge.
This role will serve as the Tier 3/final escalation point for complex Apple endpoint issues while driving modernization of Apple device management using Apple-native controls and intent-based configuration.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Jamf Pro, Apple Business Manager (ABM), Declarative Device Management (DDM), Blueprints, Compliance Editor, Tanium, and Nudge.
This role will serve as the Tier 3/final escalation point for complex Apple endpoint issues while driving modernization of Apple device management using Apple-native controls and intent-based configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Jamf dashboards for patch status, OS version distribution, DDM, and compliance signals
- Identify devices drifting out of compliance, failed profiles, and update deferrals
- Manage macOS update rings and iOS/iPadOS updates
- Configure and optimize Nudge for OS update enforcement
- Handle Tier 3 escalations including Jamf Connect failures, ABM enrollment issues, profile conflicts, and DDM transition issues
- Create and manage Configuration Profiles, Smart Groups, Extension Attributes, and Jamf policies
- Migrate legacy workflows to Declarative Device Management (DDM) and Blueprints
- Package and deploy third-party applications and maintain Self Service catalog
- Manage Automated Device Enrollment (ADE), token renewals, and MDM assignments
- Use Tanium for endpoint visibility, compliance validation, and security correlation
- Coordinate with Procurement, Security, Identity, and IT leadership teams
- Advanced experience managing macOS, iOS, and iPadOS in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager (ABM)
- Experience with Jamf Connect and Self Service
- Strong hands-on experience with Configuration Profiles and software deployment through Jamf
- Experience with Declarative Device Management (DDM), Blueprints, and Compliance Editor
- Experience with Tanium for endpoint management
- Experience implementing or managing Nudge for OS updates
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills
