• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Safer Payments (implementation, configuration, or support) in real-time payment or fraud environments

• Technical proficiency with integration technologies such as APIs, Kafka or messaging systems, relational/NoSQL databases, and Linux environments

• Experience configuring fraud rules, risk models, thresholds, and workflows within IBM Safer Payments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OpenShift) and containerized deployments
