DevOps Engineer
Location: SF or Cupertino, California, Dallas Texas, Hopkins, MN, Atlanta GA, Charlotte NC.Salary Range: $65/hr to $71/hr on W2Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a DevOps Engineer. This role involves supporting Azure & AWS Databricks from a DevOps perspective, requiring a hybrid skill set that spans cloud infrastructure management, deployment, automation, and CI/CD practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 4 years of experience developing APIs and integrating with 3rd party APIs.
- Strong SQL skills (SQL Server or Oracle).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
- Understanding of workflow automations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Exposure to Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, and Azure Monitor.
- Experience with containerization using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Preferred Certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400).
- Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Design and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools like Gitlab, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage Azure Analytics services through code using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Platform Operations: Deploy, manage, and optimize the performance of Azure data services.
- Automation & Scripting: Automate routine operational tasks and application deployments using scripting languages.
- Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
