provides senior executive-level administrative support - strategic thinker,
executive sensibility, multi-tasker; conducts research, prepares statistical
reports, coordinates information requests, and performs administrative
functions in a complex and fast paced environment. Highly organized -
coordinates all phases of travel for senior executive and 35+ staff, prepares
senior executive expense reports and coordinates staff expense reports,
prepares correspondence. Provides electronic time cards and expense reports
training to employees. Responsible for final submission of all exercise travel
requests, travel authorization approvals, deviations, and emergency travel
coordination. Performs Public Affair functions - polished, resourceful,
excellent interpersonal skills; receives visitors, arranges conference calls,

RepresentativeQualifications:Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma with 4 years of related administrative experience.
Excellent organizational skills, exceptional people skills, and the ability to
interface with different personalities in a professional manner. Good written
and verbal communication skills.
Experience using word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
Knowledge of general office duties and administrative procedures.,
Ability to work under general supervision with minimal instruction.
Must have or be able to obtain a DoD secret clearance Preferred Qualifications:
