SUMMARY: Responsible for the cashier function in the assigned dining area. Responsibilities include greeting and waiting on patrons, accurately performing cash and charge functions. Completes the daily accounting procedures. Replenishes and ensures freshness and quality of food, beverages, supplies and disposables to include appropriate stocking and display. Completes organization, cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas.

- Ability to deal effectively with several projects, an eye for detail and a friendly manner in dealing with patrons.
- Demonstrated accurate cash handling and reporting skills.
- Ability to complete duties while performing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safe food handling.
- Knowledge and demonstrated practice of maintaining a clean, sanitary and organized store and work area.
- Employee will be required to work weekends and holidays
