Wind Crest, in Highlands Ranch, CO, is expanding our General Services team. We are seeking a flex night Emergency Services Dispatcher that can bring passion for security to our growing community.

How You Will Make an Impact
- The Security and Emergency Services Dispatcher oversees multiple Security and Emergency Services systems from a central location.
- This position dispatches emergency and routine calls for service to the Security and Emergency Services team, but also interacts with other Departments as needed.
- They track all pertinent information during their shift, and initiate the first level of the incident report, for Security and Emergency Services Officer completion. She/he is an essential member of the Resident Services Team.
- The position is responsible for developing relationships with residents and visitors and to provide personalized customer service and hospitality that exceeds expectations.

What You Will Need
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services (preferred).
